If you’ve got a great idea and need support helping make your project a reality, you can apply for an Innoweave Implementation Grant! Funding is provided for projects across our nine modules, and includes the opportunity to participate in the next cohort of the Impact and Strategic Clarity process!
Innoweave connects community organizations with coaches, entrepreneurs, content experts, and sector leaders who have the knowledge and skills to help implement a specific tool or approach. These grants are primarily provided to organizations that have attended an Innoweave workshop.
If your organization has not gone through an Innoweave workshop but you have a good sense of the project you’d like to complete and how you will get there, you can submit an expression of interest form by May 15th, 2014. Expression of interest applicants may be asked to move forward to the grant application stage, and submit a full application by July 2nd, 2014.
These grants will help organizations access coaching to implement tools and approaches such as:
- Cloud Computing
- Collective Impact
- Constructive Engagement
- Developmental Evaluation
- Outcomes Finance
- Scaling Impact
- Social Enterprise
- Social Finance
How to Apply
Organizations that have participated in an Innoweave workshop are invited to apply directly by clicking here and creating a new Innoweave Application. As part of the application, you will be asked to attach a 2-3 page project plan to your online application. Project plan templates for each of the modules listed above can be found here.
Full applications for this round are due on July 2nd, 2014.
A full list of coaches can be found here. These can be sorted in various ways.
We encourage organizations to first connect with a coach they might like to work with, and develop your project plan in consultation with that coach. Links to lists of coaches by module can be found here.
Impact and Strategic Clarity Module
Additionally, applications for a grant to participate in the next cohort of our Impact and Strategic Clarity Module, a five-month facilitated coaching process, are also now open.
