Andrew Steggemann

Andrew Stegemann is a skilled facilitator who provides strategic impact planning, capacity building and collective impact services to mission-driven organizations. With over a decade of experience, Andrew has worked with many organizations including collective impact initiatives, non-profits, foundations, and government organizations in addition to his time leading the grantmaking of both the Pacific Salmon Foundation and Mountain Equipment Co-op. Andrew also holds a Master of Resource Management (Planning) degree from SFU.

Andrew is currently supporting a number of collective impact initiatives, including Our Living Waters (OLW –, a collaborative network of organizations working together under a common strategic framework to achieve the ambitious goal of all Canada’s waters in good health by 2030. As a member of the OLW management team, Andrew manages the shared measurement system which outlines the common agenda, galvanizes collaborative actions, and assesses the collective progress groups are making towards OLW’s ambitious goal.

Working with organizations to scale up their impact, Andrew incorporates his depth of experience and education to bring passion, a sense of humour and the necessary tools to make the world a better place.
