I am a passionate healthcare leader with over 20 years experience in the community sector. During my progressive career at the Alzheimer Society of Toronto, I helped guide and establish the organization as a leader in the field. I did so by focusing on talent development program innovation and reciprocal relationship building. I am a firm believer that collective impact provides organizations with a structured and positive force to dissect complex social problems we are all facing in the system. We are so much stronger when we work together!
My experience in collective impact developed through my leading role in the Greenshield Health Innovation Collaborative and active membership in the creation and implementation of the ENRICHES collaborative. I understand what organizations need to set a strong foundation for their collective, but also how to operationalize those steps to ensure the collective continues to grow and move forward. I am able to accomplish this through my strong facilitation skills, years of coaching and mentoring experience, and a keen interest helping organizations build reciprocal and equitable relationships to break down silos. I look forward to bringing my passionate approach to future projects.
