Naomi Leadbeater has worked with non-profit organizations and charities in Manitoba for over 15 years in the Westman region on a variety of topics including:

  • strategic planning
  • board development
  • program management & development
  • social enterprise start ups.

Her educational background includes a degree in Music Education Research, certificate in Business Administration, and extensive course work in psychology, financial accounting and marketing. Her past work experience include restaurant management, corporate training, retail, teaching community college upgrading courses and English as an Additional Language courses as well as proposal writing and basic accounting.

  • Initiating & successful funding for the Global Market Community Kitchen
  • Expanding services and program development of the Global Market
