Sally Fazal is a collaborative leader with broad experience in strategy, organizational design and change management in corporate and not-for-profit settings.  Sally is a co-founder of Social Impact Advisors, which works with not-for-profit organizations, foundations and companies to define and focus on the social impact they aim to achieve and develop the strategies and actions to make it happen.

Sally is a Certified Impact Coach with Innoweave and has worked with organizations across Canada through the Impact and Strategic Clarity, Collective Impact and Scaling Impact modules.  In addition, Sally has mentored new coaches in the Innoweave Impact and Strategic Clarity module, and has worked with Innoweave on content development and workshop delivery for the Collective Impact module.

By asking tough questions and supporting and facilitating exploration and research, Sally helps individual organizations and collectives articulate their aspirations for impact on the people and communities they serve and build actionable and realistic plans for realizing them.

Sally lives in Oakville, Ontario with her family and serves as a volunteer board member of a local community agency.  Sally has chaired the boards of Community Living Oakville and Distress Centre Oakville. When not working with Innoweave organizations or other strategic planning and coaching clients, Sally can be found in the concert hall, on her tiny sailboat or hiking in forests with her dogs.
