If your resolution this year is to increase the impact of your organization and streamline the way you do things, Innoweave has the tools for you, plus some small grants to help you get the coaching you need. Organizations that have attended an Innoweave workshop or submitted an Expression of Interest have until January 6, 2014 to apply for funding.
When you’re working to make an impact and change the world, the pressure never lets up.
Opportunities to help keep cropping up even as funding dwindles, and it can be hard to make decisions that are active instead of reactive. That’s why it’s more important than ever to find powerful and targeted tools to help your organization do what it does better, faster and with fewer resources.
If you aren’t already familiar with the Innoweave process, here’s how it works.
A full schedule of Innoweave’s 2014 workshops is available here, though more workshops and free webinars are regularly added and there are opportunities for you to host one in your area by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Innoweave, we understand that once you’ve participated in a workshop and are ready to make big changes, you’ll likely require the help of an expert to guide you through the implementation process. This is why we provide you with implementation grants as well as a list of qualified coaches to help you actually get things done.
Hurry, the deadline is January 6!
Your organization is not alone in its struggles for greater clarity, efficiency and impact.
