Jacquie Dale is the founding partner of One World Inc, one of Canada’s most experienced firms in supporting effective engagement, learning and innovation. Helping people with diverse ideas and experiences deliberate, discuss and explore avenues for action and policy impact together on a variety of issues is a cornerstone of Jacquie’s work.
Jacquie has more than 12 years of consulting experience and is a Certified Management Consultant. Prior to becoming a consultant, Jacquie worked for over twenty years in the non-profit sector, most of that in the field of international development. This included several years with the Canadian Council for International Cooperation were she led the revisioning of the sector’s work to engage citizens, stakeholders and government for policy impact. In her consulting practice she has worked extensively in the health field helping health groups and governments to better engage citizens, patients and stakeholders in health policy and system redesign.
Jacquie is a frequent trainer in constructive engagement, facilitation and dialogue. She regularly coaches groups working on issues ranging from climate change to poverty who are looking to better engage their own communities and constituencies. Jacquie is a Board member of the Canadian Community for Dialogue and Deliberation (C2D2).
