Judy spent 22 years in the non-profit sector working at local, national and international organizations, making her way to C.E.O. Now, as a Coach, she is working with other non-profit leaders to introduce them to the power of coaching.
Judy has directed fundraising campaigns at every level, raising millions during her career, including the first $1 million Kresge Scientific Initiative Grant to be awarded in Canada and a $10 million endowment donation from Eric Sprott for agricultural programs in Ethiopia. She has worked with the Federal Government to secure program funding for national programs for family, children and youth and risk. With a background in business and marketing, Judy has lead teams, worked with Boards, re-built failing organizations and spearheaded national public engagement campaigns.
Judy understands the demands on the non-profit leader to strategically balance staff and Board wishes, build capacity of their organization and do it all - with less. She also knows the level of personal fulfillment one feels working in this sector. She is a graduate of CTI (Coached Training Institute) an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC), a TRueTilt Certified Coach, has a Bachelor of Business Administration, is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a member of the International Coach Federation.
