David Feldman is an organizational health consultant who focuses on aligning leadership, structure, and culture within organizations, leadership teams, and multi-stakeholder groups. As a facilitator, David has developed a practice around helping complex decision-making teams, such as boards and executive teams, to utilize their differences as the organization's biggest assets in driving their innovation and problem-solving. David has worked closely with organizations to establish strong leadership, organizational frameworks, and systems to support their organizational sustainability and impact scaling. In addition, David specializes in complex interdisciplinary teams and has been key in forming and facilitating multi-stakeholder groups to achieve collective impact.
David received his B.Sc. from the University of Alberta, an M.A. from Royal Roads University, and holds a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) designation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.
David co-founded Trisula Solutions in 2011 as an organization rooted in utilizing conflict and diversity as the driver for innovation and a strategic organizational advantage.
